Appion-Protomo

Appion-Protomo is a fiducial-less tilt-series alignment suite written by Alex Noble.

The software performs correlation-based area matching and geometry modeling. It accepts SerialEM-formatted tilt-series and .mdoc files and produces aligned tilt-series in IMOD convention. Documentation can be found here.
