# Topaz Denoise 3D

[Topaz Denoise 3D](https://github.com/tbepler/topaz/) is a Noise2Noise-based 3D denoising software with pre-trained denoising models written by [Tristan Bepler](https://twitter.com/tbepler1) and [Alex Noble](https://twitter.com/alexjamesnoble).

The software can denoise tomograms using the pre-trained models or user-trained models. Documentation can be found in the Topaz GUI [here](https://emgweb.nysbc.org/topaz.html).
